TRIESTE – Cimolai SpA closed 2024 with positive financial results. Revenues exceeded 360 million euros: +20% compared to the previous year.
Net profit reached approximately 12 million euros, up from 8 million in 2023. EBITDA stood at 31 million euros. The company’s order book reached 900 million euros, covering expected production volumes for 2025, over 70% for 2026, and around 50% for 2027. Over the course of the year, Cimolai sold its indirect stake in the Swiss company Zwahlen & Mayr S.A. (ZM) to Groupe Bader S.A., as part of its corporate restructuring strategy. The deal aims to accelerate the implementation of the debt restructuring plan and focus resources on the company’s core business areas.
Cimolai, which partners with T. Mariotti at the Cimar shipyard in San Giorgio di Nogaro, is therefore continuing its recovery path following its financial difficulties in recent years.
